The brand began its journey, in Andheri, Mumbai, nine years ago, and today has grown as a promising leader in the Indian wellness industry. Partnering with Shilpa Shetty, renowned Bollywood actress and icon for fitness, Kiran Bawa has proved that she is going to make a firm stand in the Indian wellness industry. Her knowledge about the business is solid and it is not to be taken lightly. The entrepreneur got herself educated for the trade by acquiring several degrees in Cosmetology, Beauty Treatments and Spa Therapies from the best institutes in UK and USA.

Kiran comes from a family of legacy makers: The Bawa Group of Companies. As a multi-faceted empire the Bawa Group has spread its arms into various sectors with the most notable being hospitality industry, infrastructure, real estate market, and the flourishing health and wellness segment, since 1972. IOSIS has grown from a single center in Andheri to 15 others several states in India. Talking of future possibilities, Kiran says, “Many are unable to recoup their investments due to the lack of well-trained and certified staff. Therefore, we are exploring avenues to start our IOSIS training centers in the near future. We are also actively considering bringing in financial partners in the company to catapult the company to a larger level.”
