A Company’s Journey To Empower Budding Start Ups

in Entrepreneur by

Always having had an entrepreneurial spirit in him, Amol Sarva tells us the first time he tried his hand at business was in the 7th grade. The serial entrepreneur is now involved in over 50 businesses, including Knotel; a company that offers office space and other office services to corporate institutions. The idea came up when Amol noticed that they were hosting corporate staff members in their office. Amol says, “Simply sharing the space and expense with another company was a great service to them which proved to be profitable as well.”

Successful wisdom passed on

Amol noticed that leasing out a property was getting very expensive for companies and noticed an opportunity that could potentially be a great business idea. Knotel’s  main aim is to now help founders grow their enterprises without the nuisance of traditional real estate. And, they’ve been successfully growing and scaling this business ever since. Being a successful entrepreneur himself, he believes that every aspiring entrepreneur must work in a start-up, educate themselves on how they work, and follow already successful entrepreneurs.

The rise of creative class cities — the Richard Florida idea — has changed America. In some ways for the better, but also it has made super rich people in these cities very happy. The others aren’t keeping up.”

Exponential growth

Moving on, Amol wants to expand to other cities. He talks about the creative class cities in America by saying,” The rise of creative class cities — the Richard Florida idea — has changed America. In some ways for the better, but also it has made super rich people in these cities very happy. The others aren’t keeping up.” The entrepreneurs feel that he can fix a lot of these problems by building things and helping companies grow hire, and develop people. He believes the future is already here, but it’s unevenly distributed. We admire Knotel’s effort to empower companies and give everyone a fair chance.
