As a self-taught musician, it is more that incredible what Esther Eden has achieved by herself. Apart from performing in major concerts with the likes of Adam Lambert, Sean Paul, Fifth Harmony, amongst many others, Esther has won multiple awards as well. She is the Ambassador for Sennheiser, was nominated for ‘Young Achiever, 2016, at the Emirates Woman, and was nominated for the best artist by Hype magazine. She says, “I am self-taught at the guitar, piano and ukulele. I search for different chords online to help my guitar and ukulele playing, and I play the piano by ear.”

Driving past the darkness
While Esther has successfully scaled the music industry, it did not come easy for her. Not many people believed in her, and when UK pop sensation Jessie J asked her to perform at her concert, everybody told he that she doesn’t deserve such accomplishments. Nevertheless, Esther focused on the positives and ignored the negativity that came out of the mouths of disbelievers. She says, “It was a little harsh to listen to the negativity, but when you have UK pop sensation Jessie J who believes in you, that’s what I focused on.” Being a young singer and songwriter, Esther says that she’s appreciative to have her mother by her side, who not only supports her immeasurably but also manages her. Over and above all the musician believes that it is her fans that take her past the darkness that she sometimes gets blinded by.

In November 2016, she released her debut album under the banner of Universal Music MENA. This has opened several doors for Esther. She is now looking forward to releasing her new single on the 30th of June which she says is quite different from her album.
Empowering the world
Having achieved what many musicians haven’t, her advice is priceless. She says, “If you love it, you have to do it.” Whether it’s music or any other career, work hard for what you want. Be determined and don’t give up.” Apart from this, she also believes in making connections and building good, meaningful relationships. Esther has boldly conquered the musical arena and we’re quite certain that she’s going to achieve a lot more in the future. We early wait to see what she has in store for the world.
